About the Fund

The Australian Unity Office Fund is an ASX-listed REIT that owns and manages a diversified portfolio of eight office properties located across Australian metropolitan and CBD markets in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.

The Fund is managed by Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited (AUIRE) as the Responsible entity. Australian Unity Funds Management Limited (AUFML) is the provider of investment management services to the Fund and Australian Unity Property Management Pty Limited (AUPM) is the property and asset manager of the Fund.
