About the Board
The Responsible Entity for the Fund is Australian Unity Investment Real Estate Limited (AUIRE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian Unity. The Board of AUIRE comprises five directors, two of whom are independent, non-executive directors, including an independent Chairman.
